WHAT: The men and women of the Los Angeles School Police Department (LASPD), will receive the “Flame of Hope” torch from the South Pasadena Police Department.

LASPD will carry the torch through the Northeast Los Angeles community for 3.8 miles and will hand the "Flame of Hope" to Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) Hollenbeck Division. Officers will begin the route at 7:30 a.m. on York Boulevard at San Pascual Avenue.

At approximately 8:15 a.m., LASPD will pass the torch to LAPD Hollenbeck Division in front of the Smart & Final on the southeast corner of Pasadena Avenue and North Avenue 25.

WHEN: Tuesday, June 7, 2018, 7:30 a.m.

WHERE:  York Boulevard and San Pascual Avenue, South Pasadena at 7:30 a.m.
               Pasadena Avenue & North Avenue 25, Northeast Los Angeles at 8:15 a.m.
