WHAT: Thirty-two seniors – along with two juniors – from Middle College High School will be presented with an associate of arts degree from Los Angeles Southwest College in a special ceremony on the Middle College campus. The seniors will receive their high school diplomas at a graduation ceremony in two weeks.

Students began the program in their freshman year, taking at least one college course each semester, and during summer sessions. The District plans to replicate the Middle College School model to ensure that more students across the Los Angeles area have access to similar opportunities.
