2013 Credit Recovery High School Summer School Program

Teachers with single subject credentialing and administrators are encouraged to apply to work this summer.

The 2013 Credit Recovery High School Summer School program is just around the corner, we are accepting applications from teachers with single subject credentials interested in teaching this summer. Secondary school administrators are also encouraged to apply.

Due to our ongoing budget restrictions, a limited number of teaching positions will be available in English, Math, Science, History/Social Studies, Health, and PE.

Qualified teaching candidates are encouraged to apply between Tuesday, April 2nd and Monday, April 22nd by 5:00 p.m.

Administrator application period is from Tuesday April 2nd – Wednesday April 10th by 5:00 p.m.

Classes will be offered at 16 schools throughout the District. The program will run from July 8th to August 2nd with teacher hours from 8:30 am to 11:50 a.m. Administrator hours will be from 7:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. at the following sites:

Northern Area: Chatsworth, Grant, Monroe, Polytechnic, Sylmar
Eastern Area: Belmont, Garfield, Jefferson, Lincoln
Western Area: Los Angeles, Hamilton, Hawkins
Southern Area: Huntington Park, Narbonne, San Pedro, South East
