City Council to recognize CyberPatriot national champions from L.A. Unified Schools

WHAT:                Students from North Hollywood Senior High School and Reseda Senior High School will be recognized by Los Angeles City Councilmembers Paul Krekorian and Bob Blumenfield for winning the National CyberPatriot Championship. CyberPatriot is a series of intensely rigorous challenges that test students’ ability to secure computers and networks from hackers and other cyber threats, representing the next generation of fortifying our national security. Three teams from North Hollywood High were among 12 that beat more than 2,200 teams nationwide to compete in the Open High School Division of the finals. The Navy JROTC team from Reseda High were among 13 teams in the All Services Division.
